Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@barood.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@barood.net so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
